Just a quick word of appreciation and thanks

Vik & Vik – (a mother and son musical team) – put together a GREAT music program yesterday –
The church was packed – we had to put chairs in the aisles – packed to the point of discomfort – a GREAT problem to have …
The music was awesome – the kids and adults were all “ON” – well ...there was the "Bella inncodent"
Bella Vik (yes – another member of the Vik family) made her appearance memorable – (isn’t it something that more people will talk about how she didn’t want to be up front during the 2nd service… and we will all forget what a great job she did in the 1st service)…

Who can forget the John Dolan applause for his trumpet playing – what it is about John? – that everyone seems to like so much … but wow… he really did a great job…

So much went SO well - thanks to all for their work - practice - and dedication to the Lord - with great desire to see others KNOW JESUS -

Jade- Tim - Andy & Jazz did great on their solo's - chior was awesome - angels were way to cute - reading was inspired - Trio was outstanding - music was incredible - sign team nailed it - Kid's choir sang with great enthusiasm - the audio visual team did a great job... movie behind Jazzee's song was so cool -

The time at the altar after was powerful - and the fellowship - let me tell you as a pastor... I was so thrilled to see this church loving each other and fellowshipping with one another - we are seeing GOD do something very special here... both morning and night were just outstanding … it was a bookmark moment...

Lives were touched … and we all are more aware of the opportunity that is marked by the bookmark in story of our lives…

one more thing - I just have to say... there is NO place like the CHURCH... if you only knew of the Social, Racial, Economic diversity that was on such great display yesterday - Miracles in the MIX

You'd know ... I mean - you'd really KNOW - that there really is hope for this nation... and for our socity - it is not going to be found in Washington... but it was on display here yesterday morning and night...

 GO TEAM ELIM

Edit Re: the Bookmark - a Christmas program

Thanks for the kudos, but really, the thanks go to you, Pastor Steve...for your vision and passion, and for your confidence in our Music Department! It was a great night, and there is no place like Elim, no place like Elim, no place like Elim (clicking red shoes together!)
