Matt Maddix & Rob Jadrnicek recommended Whale Done, an excellent book on personal relationship building (I loved it… read it start to finish without putting it down… ) really good …
and it was an excellent lead in “the Shack”, by Paul Young… wow… what a book.
I know several people that have started it ... then quit reading it after being "so offended" …
I’m thinking the offense happened about ½ way through the book…
The 1st half was far&away worth the price of the book as it dropped you right in the head of a parents worst nightmare… was pretty rough reading –
I have heard of so many people reading this book some that have loved it – several that have hated it…
While there were some terrible misrepresentations of truth and primary Biblical concepts…
it really did cause me to re-evaluate my reason for “serving” as well as what kind of “love” I have been exampling –
I am very curious about what others felt and say in this book –
